My daughter’s debit card would not work for payment after the service, so she told them I could take care of it when I got off of work. They sent a link to my email for me to pay that didn’t work from my phone. Within 4 hours the guy was texting her threatening to call the police if we didn’t hurry up and pay. 4 hours!!!!! I took care of it as soon as I got home to my computer.

Had a great experience. Lost the key to my Ford and made an appointment with DJ’s. I didn’t have a spare so he came to me. He showed up on time and didn’t even try to highball me on price (unlike this other company called ASAP Loċksmitħ 24-7 – I really don’t recommend those guys, you can see my detailed reasoning on their review page 😇). But UNLIKE the other company DJ’s Key and Lock was very affordable. DJ was extremely thorough and checked every button on my new fob as well as the hidden key to make sure they all worked before he left. I noticed he was also thoughtful and put everything back the way I had it before he got there. He got the job done in about 10 minutes, and was not only professional but also left an impression. Seems to be one of those guys that’s always in a good mood, which helped my annoying/hassling situation become easy, especially when paired with his speed, punctuality, and thoughtfulness. Overall just a great experience and not only will I be back but I’ll also be recommending him to anyone who needs a locksmith! Don’t even waste your time trying the others first like I did, your most honest and reliable one is here.
