I have appreciated the services received in the past from Graham’s but sadly, I won’t be back based on my most recent experience.

Dishonest people often lie to themselves too.

I went into the store requesting that a key fob I ordered be programmed. The technician informed me that the cost would be $75 and assured me that he could fix it. He went out to the car for less than 5 minutes and then proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to program it. He said something was wrong with the key fob and told me it would still be $75. When I questioned why since he was unable to fix it, he said I told you that I would still charge you $75 even if I was unable to fix it. This is totally untrue. He never said that beforehand because if he did, I would not have used the service.

Rather than arguing with him, I placed the money on the counter and left.

The previous people I have dealt with at Graham’s would have never done this. Needless to say, I will no longer be using their services.
