During the current winter cold spell, my side door entry deadbolt literally fell apart in my hand immediately after locking it and I couldn’t get back in the house. A friend recommended Red Key and we drove to their shop only to find the owner was out on a service call. However, all was not lost. He responded quickly to my phone message and a half hour later was at my house and got me inside. He replaced the 40 year old deadbolt with a new unit within another half hour. Not inexpensive, but clearly competent, he was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. The new assembly fits better. Based on my immediate experience, Red Key is a good choice for locksmith services.
