I called when I got locked out of my house. Technician arrived quickly, but instead of picking the lock or using lock tools he shoved airbags between my door and the frame then tried prying the door open with a screwdriver. I told him that I had specifically installed weather stripping to make this impossible and he told me if he couldn’t pry the door open he would use the lock tools. So, he had the knowledge and tools but refused to use them. He was able to pry open the door after multiple attempts but damaged the door, the frame, and the weather stripping. Then he downplayed the damage he had done, but since he opened the door and did the job I had to pay. Then he upcharged me $20 because I didn’t have cash and had to use a credit card. Also, the service cost double what I have paid on the past for someone who used lock tools and didn’t damage my property. I sent a complaint to the website and never heard back. Do NOT recommend!!

Great experience with Brandon at ABC locks! He seamlessly installed my smart lock, and even alerted me to an issue with the bolt that, while not an issue with installation could potentially be an issue down the line. Brandon even swept up after he was finished!

I reached out to Mobile Locksmith Greenville after noticing my front door lock was becoming harder to turn each day. Lifesavers!!! I lost my smart car key and didn’t have a spare. The dealership told me it would take 5 days to get a replacement, plus I’d need to have my car towed there. I reached out to GVL Pro, and they were incredible. They came directly to my location (no towing needed) and arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call. In about 20 minutes, they had made a new key and reprogrammed my car’s system to deactivate the lost key in case someone ever finds it. The price was only about $30 more than the dealership, but saving five days of stress and inconvenience was more than worth it. They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process.

I truly can’t recommend them enough. If you’re in a bind, this is the place you want to call!

Rick was kind and generous to explain and ensure I fully understood my options regarding a lost key and what various options would cost so I could decide if it was worth it. We ended up with a successful solution which cost me a fraction of only the callout cost multiple other locksmiths wanted. Do not use this service! They gave me a key that bent within a week of me using it and now when I ask them to replace it they said it’s my fault it’s bent, I should have called them sooner, and they won’t replace it. They will cut a new key for $150 though. That’s ridiculous. DO NOT USE!!!!!!! They charged me $330 for a key that won’t work within a week. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. DO NOT USE

I feel SCAMMED… for various reasons!

• 275$ Charge to retrieve my keys from front seat of locked car.
20 Minutes Drive Time for service… and less than 10 minutes of
work. That is $550 an hour!!!!

• “Tech” suggested that if he could not pick the locks… the $75
Charge would be $275!

• “Tech” seemed to make a show after failing 3 entry points. In
the end ‘… the “tech” just ballooned my front and opened with a
wand…. as would expect?!

• He was driving a very nice White SUV. I noticed as he left…
another SUV of exact Make and Model was “ghosting him”. ???

• If you pay attention to the Working Address and look at the
actual address of 124 Bumble Cir, Maudlin, SC… with the
Google Maps Street View….

• … these guys are working from an – Apartment Building!!! ???

Well tell ya the truth it was my first time locking myself out of my personal vehicle. I’ve locked my work truck plenty of times and they usually can get it figured out. But now I’m screwed because like I said it’s my own personal vehicle. I reached out to multiple lock smith companies and they all wanted two arms and 1 leg just to get into my 2024 bmw. But I got ahold of this company and boy did they help me out! Some dude named Steven came out took care of me and my 6 month old baby. The price was reasonable and his charming smile blew me away! Use a REAL local locksmith. Their address location is not their actual office. It’s an apartment complex.

I called them asking for a quote to unlock my car. In the span of 10 minutes, I was slammed with calls from locksmiths with out-of-town area codes (non 864).

At the end of the day, they are a middle man that calls up local locksmiths to unlock. They will quote you higher than local shops because they get referral fees. Just skip out the middle man and contact local locksmiths with actual offices in Greenville.
