I called to get a door re-keyed. They said a tech would call soon. That tech couldn’t show up as soon as I needed so I asked him to cancel the ticket and said I’d find someone more local. Two more techs called trying to schedule something, each not knowing I had already cancelled. I asked each of them to cancel the ticket as well. Then I called the office number again and told them to cancel it. Three more techs have contacted me since. All the same day. Not sure if this is negligence or harassment at this point.

Keys were fine I haven’t been able to try them out yet but I actually just wanted plain keys but could only fine colors. I only wanted plain keys but you only offered color ones.
