Michelle, who took my appointment information, was very friendly and answered all my questions. James came out to our house today to rekey our front and back doors. What used to be a hassle with three different keys, James was able to make all of the locks work with one key. His knowledge and communication skills were outstanding. Will definitely call the Flying Locksmith again.

TIL a cat will absolutely lock you out of the truck while fueling up, so keep your keys on you.

Simple request for a technician to unlock the truck for one of my company drivers turned into a nightmare. After getting my card information and charging me, the technician informed our driver he forgot the right tools and then went to another service call, abandoning the driver. Subsequent multiple calls to company kept putting me on hold, passing me to service support who could not find the request information even though the original people I talked to could still find the request, and I was then subsequently told they are cancelling the service request. I had to call back one more time to get confirmation the charged fee was refunded. All this I state was what truthfully happened out of a simple service request for keys locked in a truck./
