Paid for my key to be replaced, but then he lost the cover to my car over the key lock and will not pay for it. $40 part that they refuse to pay for will definitely be taking them to an attorney and suing them for negligence never go to this company. They do not replace your loss Parts that they lose. I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau also

Excellent experience overall!! Nicholas had the best price overall and had to do some extra work due to the age of the car. He was able to get the key code and save the day. However it did take a little bit of patience on our part but Nicholas didn’t have an issue with going above and beyond to get our daughters car taken care of! I had an excellent experience at The Keyless Shop, and Charles deserves special recognition.

I needed a key fob replacement for a 2018 Honda Civic, and Charles handled everything professionally and efficiently. He reprogrammed the new fob so the stolen key was completely disabled, which immediately solved the security concern. He also went above and beyond by providing a fully functional backup key at no extra charge—a level of service you don’t see often.

Charles was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, even taking time to help over the phone and explain the process clearly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

I got a spare key for my car today and they were excellent! He made sure everything was working properly and even found out I have remote start without the little extra fob that came with the car. Surprised us all! Prices were fair, considering the cost of going to a dealership. Very friendly staff even though they and a couple other people come in while we were there. He even explained a feature on my car and how it worked.

I honestly didn’t even want to give them this one star I lost the key to my vehicle last week yesterday knowing I was going to be paid today called around to get quotes on how much it would be for a locksmith to come to my home of residence and make a copy of the key I don’t have an actual key to make a copy so I just need a key made I was given a quote of $95 for the key $25 for the service that was an awesome price quote so I went ahead and set the appointment up for 9:00 a.m. Friday morning 9:02 shows up in the morning and no call no text message nobody at the front door I wait till 9:11 call them they told me that they have to reach out to the tech and the tech will give me a call back 920 comes around nothing so I called again and this time I speak to a gentleman the gentleman proceeds to tell me that he’s going to call the technician and he will give have them give me a call back again so again I wait still nothing finally at 9:30 I call and let them know to go ahead and cancel it since I have been waiting for a half hour and nothing finally at 9:35 a half hour and 5 minutes after the schedule time they sent me a text message telling me that there is no technician in my area even though there was one last night for me to schedule for this morning at 9:00 a.m.
