Jason was very personable, communicated well with me over a couple day span to figure my onsite out. When I got to Detroit airport parking lot he was pulling right in himself like he said he would be. He told me it should be a 15-20 min job and sure as ever. 17 minutes in he had a new fob programmed for my car. Very friendly and soft with my vehicle, we chatted about his line of work for a few min and it sounds like he loves what he does. Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. If you are ever in a pickle like me, call Mordy. He will get you out of a jam. My key fob stopped working and I ended up locking my keys in my car. He was very responsive and able to meet me at my car. Got me in and made me a new one. All for a reasonable price. Thanks!!
