This business is great. I was in desperate need of a key to unlock my seat and panniers on my 2023 BMW F850GS motorcycle and they were able to come up with a solution that worked perfectly. Way cheaper and no waiting as would happen if I had to get it from the motorcycle dealership.

Called these guys at 7:52PM for assistance on getting into my car due to my keys being locked in while it was running. I submitted my payment and waited 5 hours and no one ever showed all while never receiving another update on the process of my dispatch request. These guys will take your payment and not send anyone to assist you. They also will say that they no longer have a dispatch request from you in their system so you can’t get a receipt from them to submit reimbursement to your insurance. I was finally able to get assistance from another company called Zach’s Towing and was able to get back in my car due to their support and phenomenal service. Do not call KeyMe Locksmiths. They will not help you. The reviews that are positive are all lies. I also originally thought the price wasn’t bad but given the no assistance it’s definitely not worth it and overpriced.

I just had 3 spare keys made for my house. None of them work and are VERY light weight aluminum. Total waste of time and money. I was able to get refunded though.

There was this brand new, really cool looking machine sitting in the passage way in Safeway. I stopped to check it out. A key maker. I couldn’t resist. The process wasn’t very hard to understand or engage, however, it was a bit confusing in the end. After removing my key from the key slot, nothing happened. I looked all over for a key then the choices popped up and lastly the price.
The price was a little high and I feel it should have been displayed much earlier so we could decide if we wanted it or not. Then lastly another long pause and the grinding began. The key came out brand new and very shiny. Surprisingly it worked perfectly! All in all it was a success . Good job!
