I called Gary because I couldn’t open my safe. I didn’t know where the battery compartment was and I wasn’t sure if it was corroded. We had our valuable papers in it. I knew the combination and could hear the click after tapping in the combination on the keyboard but it wouldn’t open. Gary told me he would help me by telling me how to open my safe over the phone. Gary was so patient with telling me it’s most likely the batteries are dead. He asked me to take pictures of the safe and send to him. He looked at the pictures I sent and called me back and said there must be a battery located around the keypad. I couldn’t turn the keypad board as he suggested but after that decided to I take another close up picture of that keypad. On that closeup photo I could see a compartment with a push down tab . After pushing that tab down, I was able to pull out the compartment and find the batteries. I immediately replaced the batteries. Voila!! The safe opened easily with new batteries.
I never needed a costly service call, but I was so happy to get Gary’s assistance over the phone!!

Nice people but complete waste of money. Needed keys made quick, pulled up and confirmation that key could be made was fast. Paid $60 for 2 keys, dropped them off, and I wake up to calls that neither key works at 6AM. Maybe I came on the wrong day but the guy was really nice at least. Might go better with a different key type

Had a neighbor whose key fob got locked inside his running truck. Called their emergency # and Sam was there in 25 minutes and able to unlock the door. He was quick, polite and professional. I’d definitely contact them again.

I have used JC Security multiple times over the last hand full off years and has always been able to help me out and get me what I needed.

Recently I called with a need for some keys for my wife’s Mercedes. Although he couldn’t personally take care of it. Brad went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find a place to take care of my issue!

Rude and expensive. Doesn’t cut keys in Baytown location. Wants you to drive to Pasadena.

I already drove here to this location that indicates that key duplicating is a service on the listing.

Wanted $50 to merely cut a key I was bringing. I told him he’s just cutting a key, like they do at Home Depot.

He facetiously asked if home Depot would cut it. As he knows they typically will not (cut your brought in key).

Then dropped the price to $20.

I ended up getting it cut for free on a Hillman keyhero. If you have ever seen this machine, it basically cuts the key for you, it is so easy a Home depot employee can do it for free in seconds (literally). Blanks are $5. This is not to minimize the Home Depot employee. It’s to minimize the skill necessary to cut a key. Small things like this lead to additional business. Basic principal.

Not sure what I would have been paying $50.

This guy is either too careless about his business or enjoy disrespecting other people. I called and after gathering all information he didn’t give me an appointment and I called the following week and he said let’s do next week and text me your address, called again and he said I am busy today, called again, may be tomorrow (simply like that without giving me time period). I released he would never show up and is just taking other people’s business lightly. Definitely not a reliable person and I got my car fixed by another locksmith with even a cheaper price! Don’t call this guy and do your research.

Tom was super nice and quick to respond after we moved into our new house. He didn’t recommend anything beyond what was necessary, the price was fair, and he was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely give him a call again if I need any more work done. Highly recommended.
