Reuben was great! Made copying my keys very easy and at a good price!

The above review is because owner Reuben stood over my shoulder and told me to write what I did above.
The truth is, the process was uncomfortable and took extra long, and it seemed like he kept me there longer than necessary because he wanted to chat.
He overcharged for the keys.

Then when I got home, only 2 of the 5 key copies worked! I’m not sure what he did that some keys worked and others didn’t. But I paid for 5 keys and now I have 2.

My advice would be to go elsewhere

I do strongly believe the price was high.
I had a door to the laundry room
Thru the garage that needed opening. Did not even take 10 minutes.

Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. Had the ignition pins and key in my old CRV wear out leaving me unable to drive my car. The folks at bend lock and safe told me if I could get the car towed there they could fix it. I was out the door with a working ignition and three new sets of keys within the same day. Great work, wonderful people and fair prices!
