Awesome and amazing customer service. Scott drive to my location and was so nice and easy to do business with. Price was excellent and he just made the situation so much less stressful. He laughed and joked with my kiddos which helped make the time it took for job seem like it went quickly, which it did. Definitely recommend

Highly recommend! My son locked my key fob in the trunk of my car over the weekend. Since I didn’t need my car immediately, I was able to wait until Monday morning to call. They answered the phone promptly and friendly, and sent a tech out right away. Isaac was kind, courteous, quick, and efficient. Got my car unlocked and keys in hand in just a few short minutes. 5 stars!

Robert’s took our call after-hours and made a same-day (also after-hours appointment) to help my boyfriend who thought he had lost his car keys in Wal-Mart. The price quoted was very reasonable. Although we did not end up needing Robert’s services because the keys were found, I appreciate that they were so accommodating and able to set up a same day appointment on such short notice.

I was locked out of my home today and Cisco came to the rescue! I had been quoted an hour and a half wait the first place I called, but when I called Roadrunner Lock and Rey Cisco was able to be at my home in 15 minutes! This is a national hotline call center service. They didn’t copy my address down right and have sent me to multiple locksmiths in different states. The poor guys that were calling me had no idea where to go and didn’t speak English very well, so I felt bad for them because their employer was sending them to the wrong place. This was not a great experience and a waste of my time.

We’ve used this company multiple times in the past when we needed assistance. However, we encountered some very unprofessional and sarcastic treatment from Anthony. I’m not sure why Anthony kept insisting that I lick the batteries repeatedly while giving me unnecessary opinions. If I wanted his opinions I would’ve asked. All I wanted was someone to come out and do the job without unnecessary nonsense. Pretty strange.

My property management company sent Pop-A-Lock out to work on some stuff in my rental, and everyone I spoke to on their team was so kind and knowledgeable. I spoke with Greg on the phone twice and he was so nice. Cameron did our service and he was on time, kind, gave me a ton of technical knowledge that I appreciated, and was super efficient in getting everything sorted out! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a locksmith!
