Too complicated for older customers. Too expensive . Took to long to have 1 or 2 keys made. They work. But ca.e out too rough on edges.came out to bought. Edges needed filling.If I have choice in
..will never use again. However for this one time. Was after hours, most all other shops close and this machine with help of younger employee of Walmart who new how to operate this machine just happen to be available when I needed help. Thanks for having your machine there that night for me. It worked for me with help.

The Repair Guy, Mike Harbour, Was Extremely polite & efficient with his time on repairing my multi-point deadbolt door. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions even after the door was repaired & I was very happy with how fast He was able to do the job & still be patient with me & polite & professional all at the same time. If you ever have any problems with any of your doors, don’t fool with any of the rest. So easy to copy a key. Inexpensive and fast shipping. I’ve used the machine twice. First time they were not able to copy one out of three keys but sent a refund right away. Second time using the machine I copied only one key with no problems and the key works great.

Very excellent service drove all the way to my car after a shop couldn’t figure out the problem with my car. They helped me find the part for it and order me two new sets of keys and when I got the part put in my car they came a hour and a half away from there shop and programed the two new sets of keys for me and even cut them to. Very reasonable on price. I am very happy with there service I would highly recommend them.
