Really weird company. Gave my contact number for them to reach out to me regarding a key fob duplication pricing on Sunday. They texted me first and I told them I got it done. Then they call me and I tell them I already got it done earlier. They pester me to see who did it and whatnot, so I tell them I went to the physical location to get it done. They have me look for documents for invoice and pricing, as they think I got it done with their company. I tell them I went with another company. So they go “oh but we sent a technician your way, it is a $29 fee to cancel”.

I didn’t confirm anything, I didn’t make any promises or appointments, you didn’t ask me if I am even available? I told them that I am not paying for a service I did not sign up for nor confirm. So they hung up. Like, what? Weird.
