Waited over a half hour when I called the said they would be open. At 1 pm, sign on the door said the same. We left at 1:30. While waiting there were also about 6-7 people that also came, waited, and left. Went somewhere else. Not a good way to run a business.

I came here to have a spare key cut for my vehicle. I brought in a pre-cut blank and asked them to copy my existing working key. The locksmith said it wasn’t guaranteed to work, but I agreed and paid $15.
After cutting it, the key was cut too deep and now it only works in the door — it does not turn in the ignition at all. The key is basically unusable now.
I understand there can be risks when cutting customer-provided keys, but I expected a professional result or at least proper calibration. Instead, I ended up wasting $15 and a brand new key blank.
Very disappointed with the quality of the cut.

I really thought that machine was a great invention! I walked up, didn’t have to wait for anyone to assist me, and it gave me my replica within minutes. I was even able to pay for it on the spot. Would be happy to see more of these, possibly in grocery stores.

Avoid using this business. Today after parking in the alley behind Ashland Lock for less than 5 minutes I was approached by the owner of this business and instead of just asking me to move my car like most reasonable professional business owners would I was verbally berated harassed and threatened.
