TERRIBLE SERVICE! I called and they quoted me $94. They said they would send a technician but all they did was refer me to another company. That other company kept telling me that a technician was 10 minutes away but it took them over an hour. Dublin Mobile eventually stopped answering when I would call to see if a technician was still coming. When the technician arrived he said it would be $170 and that he had to charge that much because Dublin Mobile would keep most of it. THEY DID NOTHING! Use another company, this place is a scam

Spoke with “customer service rep ” said there is an issue with the door, broken FRAME door! She the Schedule appointment…Will say very fast. Less than 30 minutes. Tech came out 30 mins to an hour… very nice and patient. Saw the issue and stated we don’t fix frames, just locks. Cost $95 for a trip charge to look and say no we don’t do that.

Website says they FIX doors. Confirm what they can and cannot do befor scheduling. It’s being recorded, the phone line.
The technician was nice…$95 dollars later.

The drama that started all this…not their fault. Not fixed. But be clear on Website what you can and cannot fix. We paid the money of course as retired veterans we are tried.
We didn’t want to waste the tech time. He was very nice.

I do not recommend this service. The locksmith who was sent to rekey my doors installed a new lock that did not match the existing locks and damaged my door while gaining entry into my home. I have called every number available to resolve this issue, but I am always told, “I’ll call you right back.” The customer service is terrible, and the job was not completed to my satisfaction. DO NOT USE this service.

Couldn’t recommend this place more. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gil, and him alone would make me come back to Dyno locks again. He went through step by step of what would be done and sent videos throughout the whole process. I also wasn’t available to be at the car due to being at work but Gil kindly started & finished the job and then delivered the key to me. What an absolute gent. Give that man a raise!

They sent Leo the Locksmith, Liran Cohen, and after much arguing with my company I couldn’t get any money so I told him to go because I didn’t want to waste his time. Recently we moved to a new house (Powell area) and used this locks company for having all door locks changed. Excellent service provided by Roy, he came on time with the supplies with locks and had us choose the preferred color and design, not to mention the great deal he gave us for 2 keyless locks for our front and back doors.

The Keys came out very nicely although I did not like to have to pay for the extra payment for the keys to be not so sharp so I just took some sandpaper to them, but other than all that they worked out really great slid right into the keyholes and no problem!

Awful experience, bait and switch. Lots of locksmiths, beware of this one. They refused to provide a quote up front, only said “it starts at $55,” which is nowhere close to what I was charged without ever having a chance to ask questions or agree to the cost. When the guy arrived he immediately started working and then he had no idea what to do when the horn started honking without stop after opening the door. Hopefully that doesn’t happen to you, because you will be on your own to figure that out while the horn is blaring and he tries to get you to pay the bill you didn’t agree to. Charged $190 after no mention of any price difference following the mention of $55.

I had four keys made . It Wouldnt even give me the option to pick the design . I spent 9 dollars for keys that were way to thick and wouldn’t fit . Not using that machine ever again .
