The work was done very efficiently but the guy was very rude and clearly didn’t want to be there and after he quoted me the price I told him that no thank you because it was a little over the top and then proceeded to get mad at me that I didn’t want to pay $400 when someone else had quoted me $190 then when I said that was fine to not do the work he started doing it anyways and when I asked if he was only going to charge me $190 he said I have no choice anyways and while he was doing the work he kept huffing and puffing very clearly mad and annoyed once he was done he asked how I would be paying and I said with card and he proceeded to to get mad at that too

DO NOT USE. Would give 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I were locked out of our apartment and after my initial call, the locksmith called me back, saying he was a few blocks away. He arrived in under 3 minutes and picked my lock, using the usual tools, in under 2 minutes. Although the website states it’s only 65 dollars, they tried to charge $313. The locksmith stated he’s just a contractor, and called the company back, who brought it down to $207, saying it was “busy” and “due to the area we are in” (residential spot away from the busyness of downtown), but the contractor stated he wasn’t sure why it was so much. This is an absolute scam. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I’ve had to use lock smith services to get into my Honda many times. The cheap key snaps in haf when I bend over and the transponder chip gets lost in the abyss. I do not think I’ll have this issue again after BS locksmith. I won’t have to loose my key cause I’m scared of having it in my pocket. He gave me a high quality key. It’s sturdy. Came in a Saturday afternoon and got me access to my vehicle again. Even gave me an extra key if I lock them in there. Honestly for the weekend, and to get immediate service (arrived in 35 minutes) the price was not only reasonable but justifiable. Thanks so much.

The service was very fast, but very over-priced. I paid $175 for a guy to damage my doorframe on an indoor lock and simply pry a door open. There was splintered paint and wood all over the floor. I was not quoted a price before all of this happened, and it left me feeling quite taken advantage of. However, once I gave my feedback, the locksmith called and gave me a $35 refund, which was greatly appreciated.

Last week I just moved to a new place after a week of driving 10.5 hour days. My first morning there I unfortunately locked myself out leaving my phone in my apartment thinking I’d be out for two minutes to walk my dogs. I got access to a neighbors phone and called Quick Pick as they were closest to me on google maps. This ended up being a disaster of an experience. What should have cost me $250-$300 max they ended up charging me for $1,412. The first guy they sent drilled too quickly in the lock but I was too tired from my drive to question it. He charged me $486. Then he left without replacing the lock so I ended up getting locked out again. The second guy that came by told me the first guy didn’t need to drill and told me that I was overcharged. He ended up installing a poorly attached lock that didn’t fully close saying it was because the wood was rotting, then after my new landlord got involved he came back to replace it with the old lock. It still didn’t lock fully because I could only lock one lock at a time. He ended up charging me $926. Their manager came by later to investigate and agreed to give me a full refund but I still had to pay $550 out of pocket for a handyman to fix their work so both locks could shut properly and my landlord had to pay $150 out of pocket to fix the front porch damage they caused. Maybe my experience is a one off experience but I would strongly encourage looking elsewhere.

Update on 10/22: I did in fact receive their services calling the company below and they confirmed. As I mentioned in my review the refund has been processed but I am still out $550 for the damage to my door and $150 for the damage to the front porch.
