Fantastic locksmiths. We had a house closing continually get delayed until we would have to close at 3:30 on a Friday. I called multiple locksmiths, all of which said they couldn’t come out until Monday. Dekoffs said they’d be at the house at 8:30 on Saturday. They showed up on time, got right to work and in less than an hour I had rekeyed locks and plenty of keys for them. I highly recommend.

Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Not only did I break my car key in half but was not a clean break. Surprisingly not only did they give my wife a quote be a really great price. They didn’t even blink an eye at the condition made a copy. Even let us know it wasn’t perfect and would have to work it a little.. Said we could bring the car up and they could make a better copy for us again a quarter of the price others told us just the key would cost. Yeah don’t even bother calling around save your self and your wallet and call these guys. I will most definitely return for any and all my key/lock needs. They have make me a loyal customer and that’s hard to do.

I called key tech locksmith service Saturday morning because I had lost my truck keys and my truck was locked. He told me what time he would be showing up, and what all he would do, and how much it would cost. Martin was a very honest man and was a man of his word. He came at the time he said, unlocked my truck, made me 2 new keys, and programmed the key for me. I would recommend him to anyone. He did great and I was thankful for him coming out on a Saturday. It’s either the owner or a worker of the establishment that smokes a lot on their porch. I take the 8 bus all the time, which is directly in front of their establishment. It’s not even off-set. He will blow his smoke on me. I have to try to stand to the side of the bus stop and hope I don’t miss the bus to wave at it, since I can’t stand directly next to the bus stop. I can’t begin to express how infuriating this is for me! I’ve had my nice winter jackets drenched in the smell of smoke because of this worker. My grandpa died of secondhand smoking, so I am extremely cautious of this. Your vice doesn’t have to be mine. If people are at the bus stop, please don’t be smoking on your porch. Be cognisent of the direction your smoke is traveling. I don’t want it on my clothes or hair. It’s unwelcoming, and I will never spend money with you because of it. This has happened on so many occasions. Just because you can smoke on your porch, doesn’t mean you should. It technically is your porch, but it’s such bad manners. Enough is enough!
