My car key randomly snapped one evening after an 8 hour shift at work. I had to use a wrench to drive my car, and was not particularly comfortable with the situation. My Dad wanted to help, so he did some research and found this location near Danville, VA. I called, and was kindly greeted and promptly given an appointment. At the appointment, the locksmith realized that they’d have to order the stub for my key since it was for an older Volkswagen vehicle. He ordered the part and got me in less than a week later for the final rekeying / fix. It works great, didn’t cost too much, and everyone I met was incredibly kind.

We contacted Southern Smart Security today and the technician, Alan came out within the hour. He took care of a locking mechanism issue with a safe and also made me a set of keys for my car, while he was there. Alan was very polite and professional. He is definitely the man to call!

Recently had some extra automotive keys made at O.F. Newman. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Brandon and all the staff are very professional, friendly and courteous. Lowes was unable to help find a replacement part for my outdoor spigot, and Ferguson came through for me. Look no further for your hardware needs. It’s worth the drive from Danville. Their customer service is first class.
