Had a great experience with AAA lock Doc he was able to come the day I called to make a key and programed it for a 2005 Honda crv . Was very informative on his arrival time. Once he arrived 5-10 minute’s and he was done. The experience couldn’t have went nor been any better ! I Appreciate the service that was provided. Really didn’t want to leave a review in fear of mother in-law seeing it but I know it helps their business so I’m taking the risk !! Lol

I called KeyMe Locksmiths do to my son locking his keys in his car in the ignition. Long story real short 330p on a Tuesday afternoon they actually answered the call but the tricky thing was I was told within 30 minutes someone will be at your location when in all actuality it took 90 minutes as well as 15 minutes for them to locate a service provider willing to come and take care of us. But $158.35 means it wasn’t $300.00 for a key so I guess for the price it is what it is and son learned a valuable lesson don’t lock your keys in the car.

Absolutely the best experience! Called for a non-emergency appointment to get a new coded key fob for my Dodge, and Shai got me in the next day. In the time he texted me he had arrived to when I walked out to greet him — door was open and he had a new key in hand. He even had the booster on the battery as I requested! While the technician did his job as far as opening a rental property for me on 8/8/25, the entire experience was not good. I paid $600 to unlock a “high security” schlage encode plus smart lock because it had to be drilled off. The technician proceeded to do the work and never once mentioned the cost. Mind you I could have asked, but was in a frantic state at the time, so I didn’t as I assumed it would be a couple hundred dollars. The deadbolt was left on the door and the door is severely damaged and now needs replaced. I called the company back the next morning 8/9/25 to explain the situation and was told a member of management would call me immediately after we hung up in about 5 minutes. It is now 2+ hours later and I still haven’t received a call from anyone. While i think $600 is outrageously expensive, the job should have been done without damage to my door. If the job couldn’t be done without damaging the door, that should have been communicated to me prior. I would like someone to help resolve this as soon as possible as I’ve called the office several times and now get the “we’re unavailable to take your call” message.

Let me start by saying, I had Derek take care of my situation. After my daughter threw my keys in the trash and I didn’t know until after the trash had already been taken out. I was very stressed because those were my ONLY set of keys and I have 2 other kids in school, that now had to miss school because of the situation.

First I DID NOT have to get my car towed, they came to me which was a stress reliever.

Secondly They unfortunately did not have my key in stock. So they had to order it and they got my key, got me into an appointment and got my key done within the matter of 24hours! Truly a blessing! They were so fast, polite, professional, prices are reasonable and just over all great!
So thank you guys so much for everything! Truly a life saver!

I needed a lock key copied. Wasn’t able to get it done with a kiosk or at a hardware store. A Lowe’s associate recommended this shop. They were able to make a copy of my key (thank you!!) and everything was done within maybe 10 minutes. Price is fantastic and I appreciate the service!

Solid service – I was connected with the locksmith immediately upon calling, and they arrived in under 15 minutes for service at my location on a Sunday morning. The locksmith was a Kind and courteous service provider. Pricing was on the high end of what I expected to pay and i was unexpectedly told there would be an added “service charge” fee at checkout, which was not communicated upfront. But, they were kind to negotiate when I was disappointed with the last-minute notice of the charge. Overall, worth the price for the quick, thorough service and a great relief from a stressful lockout situation. I’m very grateful for their service!
