What a joke. Having emergency issue with lock replacement. And called to see if they can help. Was told NEXT WEEK. Today is Friday, so I asked if there are any other places I can try in the area and was told “not really”. I’m disabled, so I suppose I can blow off my neurologist today and not worry about groceries, camp out in my home until it’s reasonable sometime next week for help removing a stripped screw. Smh.

I gave it a 2 star becuase they didn’t have my key size. Like how people were getting keys? I have yet to see a single person in front of that machine.
