Had the best experience today. Called Metro about an issue.. they were extremely helpful and spent several minutes on phone with me which prevented them having to come out to house. That is rare these days. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about Denton Lock and Key. Jeff was personable, professional, and efficient. We were having trouble with the dead bolts on some of our doors and Jeff was very thorough about what needed to be done to get all of the locks and doors in good working order. He ended up having to rekey all of the locks and made the necessary adjustments to the locks, doors, and striker plates. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I called twice yesterday, my wife forgot her keys inside of the house, they said a technician will call sooner, never called or show up, fortunately, my wife was able to got in to the patio and opened the back door with a card. Not recommended for an emergency call.

My first time using Allen’s Safe and Locksmith of Lewisville. I had a safe that needed to be mounted securely, and I called around and received some disrespectful quotes. Allen’s Safe, and the gentleman I spoke with; KC, quoted a fair price. Also, an added benefit was they had immediate availability, where others we’re posting three to 10 days out before they could assist with disrespectful prices. When KC arrived, communication was very good. He had this safe secure in a small amount of time because he knew what he was doing. I called multiple locksmiths in the Carrollton area and found some were unpleasant to talk to and not very professional in my time of need.

With that said I had a very positive experience with Texas Premier locksmith company. David was friendly, responsive, and got everything handled quickly. The service was affordable and exactly what I needed.

On top of that, he went out of his way to help me get my car started, which I really appreciated. I would not hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and friendly locksmith.
