0 out of 5 stars. Called them shortly after 5pm on a Monday about a replacement key fob for my Toyota (they’re open 24/7). The woman who answered, sounded completely disinterested and after asking for the model and year, hung up on me. I called back 3 times, every time I heard her pick up and then hung up. As a business person myself, my question is – what kind of customer service is this?? And what kind of business is this?

I recently went to get some keys copied, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, and they made my copies very quickly. I had four keys made, and it only cost me $10, which was a fair price for the convenience. They actually make keys for many different things, not just standard house keys, which is super helpful. Overall, a great experience with good staff and fast service. Would definitely recommend if you need keys copied in a hurry!

Mike did an excellent job programming a key fob for my BMW. He drove all the way to my home in Niagara within a few hours, which was incredibly convenient. The whole process took about two hours, and everything worked perfectly. He was quick, friendly, and efficient throughout. Highly recommend his service!

These guys made me a new key for my Yakima roof rack in under 10 minutes from walking in the door. I had been quoted $80 for the same service in Bellingham, but they charged me about $12. They were friendly, efficient, and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

The key process was fairly easy, but I thought the price for the colorful specialty keys was a bit high at $13. Also, the kiosk said you made key fobs, but there was no way to figure out how to do that on that machine which was very confusing
