I had a very frustrating experience with this locksmith. I dropped off my ignition cylinder for rekeying to match my old key. After waiting an hour, I called for an update — he said it was “done” but he had gone home and would call me when he was back at the shop. Another hour went by with no updates, so I had to call him again to finally meet up. Later, when I installed the cylinder, the key didn’t even work and I couldn’t start my car. I called him after 4 hours of waiting, and he said I was next, but he never came over. I waited the whole day, and he never showed.
Super unreliable, and extremely frustrating to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

locked my keys in my car and a gentleman was on his way , we ended up being able to unlock it with a remote start device, this gentleman was so kind and understanding when we called him back after he was already on his way. definitely recommend and will keep info for the future! So sorry for the inconvenience and thank you again.

Steve recently helped us with a same-day appointment. He explained our options to us and walked us through everything he was doing. He came up with a creative solution to fix an issue we didn’t even know we had, but we’re glad that Steve found it. He was fair, professional and worked very quickly. Called to get help getting in my car after I locked myself out starting it to warm up. The guy who answered was immediately rude telling me “just because you looked us up on the map doesn’t mean we can be right there”, which I never asked. The last thing you need when you are in a bad situation is someone being rude for absolutely zero reason.

What a great place and service. If you need a key or a lock, they’ll probably have it or can get it. The place has some really interesting Erector Set steam locomotives you rarely see and other vintage door hardware. Bill is fantastic. Amanda is great too! Wonderful personal service that is all but lost today. I’m not from the area, but they treated me as though I was. I highly recommend them.

Zion Locksmith absolutely rules! He went above and beyond my expectations—had my key made super fast and for an incredibly fair price. I loved the whole experience and honestly couldn’t recommend him more! The key was also made for my KTM motorcycle so if you lose your bike keys hit him up.
