I had a great experience with this locksmith. The first time he came out, he fixed my door quickly and explained everything clearly. When the issue ended up happening again later on, he didn’t ignore it or brush it off. He came back out and made sure it was properly fixed the second time. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Very reliable, honest, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated his follow up and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy locksmith.

The second time we called Randy. He installed our new electronic lock and tweaked it to fit our very old door. It looks great and feels very sturdy. Randy knows his way around doors, takes his time and is willing to go the extra mile. Would call back. Would recommend.

A great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shop is clean and not cluttered. Ive also had many keys cut here including car and motorcycle keys. The keys were always well done. The best part is i actually live a few neighborhoods over. Worth the trip.

Unclear if the person who arrived to help me is directly affiliated with M&D or if they outsource after hours to people who vary in legitimacy and pricing. The receipt I was offered did not include any identifying business information. It’s very unfortunate to see a well-reviewed local business take advantage of or enable people to take advantage of someone in a vulnerable situation.

I needed a locksmith to fix my elderly parent’s apartment and had a feeling it was going to be a difficult task. Their apartment door is very old and would probably require a lot of work.

I sent a request and Leo responded within 5 minutes! After a quick communication through chat, we discussed more on the phone and Leo knew right away what kind of lock needed to be installed and what to do. I was shocked because I thought my parents needed 2 locks changed but Leo provided his expertise and said it was only one. This was true after I spoke with my parents and quickly trusted Leo in his expertise and was set on hiring him.

Leo even suggested to come that night however it was too late and we scheduled something the next day.

His partner, George contacted me and we agreed on details and the rate and that he would be there to assist us!

Come the day, I was running about 5-10 minutes late due to traffic while George was there on time. We greeted each other quickly and George started working on the lock.

Lo and behold the lock was one of the toughest, if not the toughest job George came across but he was determined to get it fixed.

After almost 2 hours our new lock was in and George even cleaned up the mess! We cannot thank George enough for his professionalism, kindness and expertise.

They are super responsive, do a thorough and great job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith. If I need any locks changed, they will be the first folks I contact!

Lost keys to my 2024 Toyota Sienna, had to go to work and super frustrated. Called them, an owner and his employee showed up within 20-25 minutes. I had three keys made here, and one of them was particularly tricky but the locksmith handled it perfectly! The staff was friendly, helpful, and it was a real pleasure dealing with this business.
In addition to their excellent locksmith services, they also carry a surprisingly large selection of hardware, gardening, and cleaning supplies. It’s a great local spot with a little bit of everything.
Highly recommend to anyone in the area and I’ll definitely be back myself!

Great key shop / locksmith for residential and commercial purposes. The gentleman behind the counter is highly knowledgeable and efficient, a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. The customer before me made several copies of her keys and it was all completed incredibly quickly. I came in looking for a replacement for a mortise replacement kit and this store had what I needed in stock. I was incredibly pleased with the service as the gentleman made sure I had only exactly what I needed to fix my door (not buying more than what I needed). I also had to come back later in the day to get something else, and there was a line of customers during my second visit as well. This is a shop that is run professionally and with a great sense of pride. I highly recommend this store for your locksmith needs.

So-called locksmith after locksmith refused to make a simple duplicate key for me because I had an OEM blank. This shop did it in 90 seconds and only charged me $5. Key worked perfectly. Super highly recommended.

EDITS:
The above review is because owner Reuben stood over my shoulder and told me to write what I did above.
The truth is, the process was uncomfortable and took extra long, and it seemed like he kept me there longer than necessary because he wanted to chat.
He overcharged for the keys.

Then when I got home, only 2 of the 5 key copies worked! I’m not sure what he did that some keys worked and others didn’t. But I paid for 5 keys and now I have 2.

My advice would be to go elsewhere

After losing my spare remote car key, Billy was able to make me a new one quickly and it works perfectly even with all the new features (like proximity detector that automatically locks the car if I walk away holding the keys). Plus, he is extremely kind, professional, and clearly a very good human. I cannot recommend Billy and his business highly enough!
