DO NOT TAKE YOUR LUXURY NON AMERICAN MADE VEHICLE HERE!! I specifically went to this company to support my people. Drove out of my way to support them, because I was assured over the phone they could copy Range Rover Keys. I should have been alarmed that it took the rep over an hour to try to program the key. But I was forced to come back the next day because he misprogrammedmy key in the process and I couldnt lock my doors. But he assured me he assured me he would fix it tomorrow when he got the correct programmer. Still couldn’t fix it. Sent me to his friend shop, they couldn’t fix it. I remained calm initially because I have multiple cars. What pissed me off is when he he stopped answering my calls and when I would come up there for him to fix it, he would act like I’m annoying him!! His mistake cost me over 2k to fix! I wrote the owner she didn’t respond. Started to blast her on FB, but STILL didn’t want to do a Black company like that! This is why it has taken me three years later to even review them! I didn’t want to do this. But who am I helping allowing them to get away with destroying people vehicles! they never responded to me to this day. Do Not allow these people to touch your luxury vehicles, it could cost you more later

Very prompt return call! Very pleasant employee who was very helpful.
We ended up finding the lost key and didn’t need their services.

The experience at this location has unfortunately been unreliable and unprofessional. After requesting a simple key service, the management here failed to fulfill their responsibilities in delivering the service, failed to respond to communication, caused significant delays (over 2 months) and failed to deliver overall.
Upon request for a refund, instead of acknowledging their lack of service and immediately issuing the refund, management instead tried to put the blame on us the customer and their own employee. After the management had a debate with their own employee, we were given our refund. Would not recommend this company.

Mel is genuinely a good guy. As well as the other gentlemen that helped out for a few minutes. Makes sense this place has such good reviews! Very impressed.

I went to get a special door latch. Mel was very patient and informative with explaining things. I ended up using them to install it. The gentleman John that came out is also a good guy. He was professional, quick, and clean.

I needed a new key made for my older Honda CR-V after losing mine, and I’m really glad I came here. I had my spare key with me and wanted to replace my lost key with one that has buttons. Before coming in, I called around to multiple locksmiths to compare prices and get a better understanding of what I needed.

I didn’t speak to Dominic on the phone, but he helped me in person today and was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and even gave me $10 off for leaving an honest review. The price was fair, the service was quick, and the key works perfectly. They even gave me a spare key, that works just the doors included in the price.

I had read some scary reviews about people getting keys that didn’t start their cars and locksmiths refusing to fix it, so I was nervous — but this place earned my trust. They also offer a guarantee, which helped me feel more confident.

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! You should call first to know their hours and to check they have the base key. They are pretty fast though. You don’t need to wait a long time to get your key.

Keys very sharp, improved but not smooth after using the insert repeatedly to remove shavings. I of the 3 copies worked well, one average and one very difficult to open door.

In person is much better than key-me device.

Also no color options in store at reasonable price.
