James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.

Professional service at a great price. Took them my motorcycle switch with a key broken in it. They removed the broken key and made me two keys for less than 50 bucks and in just two days time they were finished

Great locksmith, very knowledgeable and honest. He took his time helping me program a key fob that I ordered off Amazon and explained everything clearly. Even though my Dodge Dart wouldn’t crank afterward, he let me know that this model only works with its original Dodge key/fob and that the issue wasn’t his work. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and honesty instead of just taking my money and leaving me confused. The owner is also super cool and has a great sense of humor which made the whole experience way less stressful 🙂 Highly recommend !!!!if you need key programming or locksmith services.🙂🙂🙂🙂

Made a claim with my insurance company to get my keys out of my truck and then called these guys to ask if they could get them out and leave them on the flatbed because i had somewhere to be. They said no, they needed someone there with a valid ID. That’s understandable. Canceled the claim and made a new one after my function so I can make sure I am there per their policy. They told my insurance agent im out of their operating zone which is a straight up lie.

I made an appointment and went. He programmed a key fob for me, cut a key, and told me I didn’t need to buy new key fobs. All I had to do was replace the rubber pieces. He was not very expensive, very professional, and great to work with.

Emergency situations happen. Called very rude man answered the phone. I explained he had spoke with my son a few moments earlier and I needed to find out what information he needed he tells me and I send it. Says it will be some time this morning he will call you when on the way. This is 8 am. 12 pm called back he is even more rude tells me the tech is back but busy and he will call me and hung up without letting me say a word. I called my son to call him since apparently he has a problem with a women. They tell him waiting on key code from manufacturer, very understandable. 4pm tech calls says he’s on the way. We meet him out there which is in the country at a ride park. My friend had to be air lifted and my keys were lost in the total chaos. He is programming car and it doesn’t work, turns out the rude man that answers the phone is sick and gave him the wrong key. So he states be back tomorrow. Mind you I need this car to go to the hospital. Next day still can’t get it to work. Going to do research and come back in the morning. 1 pm next day and nothing from Roman’s. I called and rude man states they never have this much problem with a Nissan and that he can try to come out tomorrow. Done. Never use again and highly do not recommend.
