I called about getting my door lock changed and was told someone would be by that day. No one showed or called. I called back the next day asking for an update and the same guy gave me an attitude about me calling back and said that someone would be by when they were ready. It’s been over a week now. Maybe they’re good locksmiths but the guy who answers the phones isn’t good at his job

Used the kiosk to make 5 keys. 3 keys were perfectly fine. Two keys did not work correctly.
Online refund for the two non functional keys seems to be okay.

What a great place and service. If you need a key or a lock, they’ll probably have it or can get it. The place has some really interesting Erector Set steam locomotives you rarely see and other vintage door hardware. Bill is fantastic. Amanda is great too! Wonderful personal service that is all but lost today. I’m not from the area, but they treated me as though I was. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with AAA lock Doc he was able to come the day I called to make a key and programed it for a 2005 Honda crv . Was very informative on his arrival time. Once he arrived 5-10 minute’s and he was done. The experience couldn’t have went nor been any better ! I Appreciate the service that was provided. Really didn’t want to leave a review in fear of mother in-law seeing it but I know it helps their business so I’m taking the risk !! Lol

Call J & S locksmith or anyone else. These people tried to charge more than double a normal locksmith fee to get keys out of a car. Unbelievable they would think someone would just blindly pay for that. Do not recommend. I did not pay for the service but they quoted 175 and said they would do a discount for 155. J&S Is on their way for under 70.

Floyd Total Security is the most AWESOME company I have worked with in years! From Chat Support, Phone conversations, Emails and on site Locksmith Support, they were very nice and courteous. I had an AMSEC gun safe that I gained possession of due to a death in the family, but no combination to go with it. Getting into it was important because of the potential of items in it needed to settle the estate. They made their schedule fit mine. Locksmith Frank X came to my rescue. He was of a great personality, very courteous, very knowledgeable of his profession, and explained what he was doing as he went along. My location was a little over an hour away from their shop and that made no difference to them. Locksmith Frank called me to let me know he was on his way. I have never needed locksmith services in the past and I can guarantee you that if I ever need a locksmith again, Floyd Total Security will be the only phone call I will be making and I will be asking for Frank X.

I like the ease of getting keys on my own without having to wait for help. I do wish there was a bigger selection of keys available to get immediately. If I’m using a key machine in a store, I need keys right away. I don’t want to have to wait for keys to be shipped to me.

It’s a convient location, but unfortunately the keys worked for less than a month and now we are back to having 1 key that works, aka the original. The duplicates made by this jam the door knob and there are times I don’t think we can get into the house. I wouldn’t recommend this especially given the price.

I called about a broken sliding patio door lock. They said it would be $160 just for someone to come look at it then another $160 for labor plus the cost of the part which they said could be anywhere from $100-$600.
That felt like a lot so I watched a 5 min YouTube video, ordered the part for less than $10 online and once it came in
I fixed it in under 15 minutes. Insane that they estimated $420+ for something that in actuality cost less than $10 and was completed in under an hour.

They were nice and responsive on the phone though and I’m sure if it had been an emergency lockout then they would have been fine, if not a bit exaggerated on pricing.
