This place came highly recommended. They came out right away and the technician was great. I would have been a happy customer, had I not review my invoice after I paid it. When I called and asked about appointments/pricing, I was told the service call was $150 or $180. Once reviewing the invoice, the service call was $225. I texted to inquire about the difference. No response from the business for 4 days. I finally had to call and after 3 follow-ups finally spoke with Sue (or Susy) and she listened to my original call and called me back. She stated that they do charge 150 for a service call but the 225 also includes labor, although all services are listed as separate line items. She also stated that the invoice should have been more for the length of time the tech was at my house. I had a lengthy conversation when I set up the appointment AND sent pictures of the locks prior to the appointment. I was very transparent on my end, they clearly were not. If there was a additional charge for labor that should have communicated at the time of the appt was set up. If there should have been an additional fee for a longer appointment, that should have communicated at the time the appointment was set. If labor is a separate charge, they may was to consider listing it as a separate line item on the invoice or at least tell the customer that during the price quoting process. If you like surprise charges, lack of transparency and poor customer service, this is your place!

I needed a spare key fob made. I brought in my own blank key fob to have cut and programmed. Impressed with how quick and easy it was, and the final cost was lower than the estimate I recieved when I called on the phone. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely top notch. Polite customer service, knowledgeable, skillful and fastest service. Excellent prices and availability are unbearable. We went for 2 keyfob reprogramming after buying a private party used old car and they went straight to the point with the issue in minutes. Can’t get enough words to describe how great they interact with all customers and their needs. Definitely well recommended business around NWI. Thank you for the great service.
