They ask if you want a key smoothing service for an upcharge. When you decline it the keys are still sent through that smoothing “service” what this boils down to is regardless of your choice you do not receive exact replicas of the teeth.

Post edit- I added a picture I’m home now and both house key copies will open the deadbolt but neither will lock the deadbolt. Notice the missing small notches and how smoothed out the valley and ridge parts are. Mailbox key does not work at all. The worst thing however, at least in my opinion, is the sloppy chatGPT auto reply from the owner to the reviews. I will be submitting a refund and following up with how that process goes.

At first I was worried bc the first key that was sent the dongle did not work but they shipped another one out, received within 2 days & the programming was quick & easy. The whole reason I used the kiosk was bc it saved me 25$ from the cheapest quote I got from locksmiths.

Singularly unimpressed. Asked invasive questions (why do they need my email to make me a key?), kept coming up with extra things for me to buy. I can’t say for sure, but it seemed like it waited to start cutting the key while it showed me ads, I’m guessing so it haad more time to show me stuff. But the best was that they initially declared who much more accurate their key cutting was compared to a converntional key cutting, and then at the end the tried to get me to buy something they would do to make the key operated more smoothly. WILL NOT USE AGAIN unless there is no other option.

Most people don’t know about this service.
