I loved it . It works great. First time I ever used it and the instructions were so simple and easy to use. . I had 3 keys made for my deadbolt garage door lock.. I highly recommend it.

We CANNOT give a favorable review on KeyMe Locksmiths. Please search out some other companies…. Our front church door had jammed earlier this week… we couldn’t get in for our evening service preparations. We had our men contact this company and it was confusing from the start. They wouldn’t follow through on timing and their pricing was terribly unreasonable. Started out (quoted) at $219 to just show up… that was 60 minutes, then they call to set it back another 30 minutes… then later we were told it’s going to be an additional 3+ hours. Our men were there waiting several hours. When they did arrive (had no company ID or name on vehicle) the bill was $372. CRAZY! We have one “key lock” at our front door. All he did was stick a tool in the key slot for about 60 seconds and unlocked the front door. If we wanted this guy to replace the lock cylinder he was going to have to drive around and get one which would come with additional cost for time… on top of the lock cylinder and more labor. This was the WORSE company we’ve ever worked with. 3 -4 years ago we called on a familiar Anderson company to do regular maintenance changes. The cost for time, labor and a new lock cylinder was something like $250 or so TOTAL. This is the first poor review I’ve written in years. But we’re Very Disappointed. I’m sorry, but we feel as though we’ve been swindled… Honestly, we feel as though we were taken advantage of this week.

I bought 2 keys and the screen said 2.99 per key or buy 2 get one free thats what I did got 3.So when I went to pay it charged me 13.87 so from my understanding I got cheated it should have been 5.98 + tax 7cents per dollar42 cents so I got charged more than double.Well tell all my friends and fa.ily on Facebook what happen.Will not tell them to use this machine. Go to Lowe’s right down the street.

Hands down exceptional service!

We called Brad to get a second opinion on a recent door handle install then had him fix the mortise / door plate in our guest bathroom & finally had him rekey our door making life easier!

Had a key stuck inside my cars ignition. I am so happy I was directed to Mr. Lock. They are absolutely fantastic. Tyler was super helpful and professional. Was able to get the key out incredibly fast and ended up making us a new key on the spot. Will absolutely be returning if we ever need the services again!
