Excellent service from start to finish

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Junior from Customer Service was incredibly helpful and clear from the very beginning. He explained the whole process in a professional and friendly way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

The technician, Shepard, came to change the lock and did an outstanding job. He was respectful, responsible, and efficient—he got everything done quickly and with great attention to detail.

I’m very happy with the service I received and would absolutely hire them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I always receive great service from the duke street location. I gentlemen named chris is always there when I go and I have nothing but great experiences every time I have visited this location. He programmed several keys for my unique vehicles and they always worked perfectly. Prices are very fair as well. The dealer wanted double what they charged me.

I accidently locked myself out of my townhouse and I was recommended pop a lock from my property manager so i called and they said they could get someone out to me in 45-60 minutes. I said okay and waited outside on my front steps for 70 minutes until I called and asked for a status update. the locksmith called me and turns out, he’s their ONLY locksmith and he told them that he had turned down the the job because he had 2 others ahead of me and they were supposed to let me know but they didn’t. HE THEN GAVE ME A NUMBER TO A DIFFERENT LOCKSMITH COMPANY. I was already severely late to work. I ended up calling National Lock & Key and they had someone out to me in 30 minutes PLUS they kept me informed with their eta.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Their cost to replace my car key was already going to be super affordable, but when I happened to find the key while they were already working on a new one, they didn’t even charge me a fee for coming to my home or for their time spent on it. Same-day service and very kind workers. If I ever lose another key, I know who I’ll be calling. So impressed!

I ordered 3 keys from a kiosk. It was buy 2, get one free. None of the keys worked. Two keys didn’t turn. One key turned partially and then got stuck. Disappointing. I received a partial refund.

Love this key maker machine it was quick and easy, was a little more expensive than going to a home depot and would recommend having more key design options. Other than that great experience and very convenient.

The keys are perfect. I will be recommending Key Me to numerous people. I live in a huge apartment complex and managemrnt wants $50 for an extra key. The best part the Key Me kiosk is in the 7-11 located on the property less than 200 feet from the main door of the building. All of the mailboxes were recently replaced, many people will probably need a duplicate key. and I will definitely refer Key Me. Thank You.

I didn’t realize it was a vending machine that was located IN the actual 7-11 so was really confused BUT it makes total sense and is an awesome, convenient service. It’s pricier than Home Depot or Lowe’s but the convenience made up for the minimal increase of cost.
