First time I’ve had a problem with the keys I’ve gotten from here. Only to find out i have to wait for a refund…very sadding. I’ll go back to the old way at an old fashioned hardware store.

If you are in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security in Oswego, IL. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a very old Medeco lock that I needed some new keys cut. After some failed attempts due to the age of the lock, they were able to re-key it and modernize it at no additional cost. They are great people to work with.
