What a great place and service. If you need a key or a lock, they’ll probably have it or can get it. The place has some really interesting Erector Set steam locomotives you rarely see and other vintage door hardware. Bill is fantastic. Amanda is great too! Wonderful personal service that is all but lost today. I’m not from the area, but they treated me as though I was. I highly recommend them.

First number I called after locking my keys in my truck in the Walmart parking lot. Very polite and professional on the phone. We discovered that the lock on our store door wasn’t working. Jim answered the call with incredible speed, and after analyzing photos of the problem, arrived on site within an hour and skillfully fixed the issue.

Despite his incredibly busy schedule, he found time for our emergency. He also explained the cause of the malfunction and gave us some helpful advice.
