Making a new key was delightfully easy! I was concerned at how well the key would function once I tried it in the lock, but it worked perfectly. Their advice to file off the key edges with the brush provided after it was made was very helpful.

I really needed some keys made for my house since I went to HomeDepot and had 4 made, which did not work. I went back to have them remade and again, they did not work. So when I saw the kiosk in Jewel, I was so excited! But again, to my surprise, the key did not work. I don’t get it because it’s a simple house key. Great concept if it would have worked out.
