Called for a key replacement on my car which didn’t end up needing because a good samaritan found my keys. called to cancel the appt and they charged me a $30 service fee, immediately hung up without saying goodbye after and then immediately had fraudulent transactions on the card. Scam scam scam.

It’s a little anxiety at first but then it gives you every step needed to take on the screen it was easier than I expected and my key works perfect thought the price was little high 7.87 for basic key one key but all in all its great!

Technician came out and started working before I received the invoice for triple the quoted cost. When told that we wouldn’t be paying that price he locked my car and set off the alarm. Then parked 2 houses away and continued messing with the panic button. No help from management.
