I was so disrespected by this driver who engaged in road rage. I’ll admit I made a mistake trying to avoid another incident coming out a gas station. He was yelling at me out the company van window. He proceeded to give me the middle finger and then proceeded to pull over(in an assisted living facility, Hazel Crest) to engage physical threats. He kept insisting I get closer because he hits women and that he didn’t care that he was in the company van. Definitely had me upset. Then makes sexually(oral) gestures with his mouth as he drives away.

I had the pleasure of working with Dougs Lock and Key Service in Marion, Illinois, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I called them on a Monday (a day after a snowstorm) to install two new locks for my home. I was converting the property from an independent residence to a rental and needed the work done by Friday. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they also made the whole process incredibly smooth and quick.

To my surprise, they showed up just 30 minutes after my call, despite the snowstorm that had dumped over a foot of snow. The technician was not only prompt but also professional and courteous, taking the time to have a pleasant conversation while getting the job done.

I was impressed with how quick and efficiently he worked. He had everything completed and my home ready to go five days ahead of schedule! The service was also reasonably priced.

Honestly, I wish all companies had customer service this good. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them, and they’ve earned every bit of this five-star review!

Friendly and incredibly helpful! He remembered so many details about our commercial door that he had previously worked on and gave a lot of great advice on what options we have for locking the door that would be fire-safe. Highly recommend.

I tried to purchase a new key because I had lost mine. I gave the guy $150 in cash so he could order me a new key. I eventually found my old key and forgot about the money I gave him. I called today, explained the situation, and the guy said they tried to call me numerous times and I didn’t answer. I told him I didn’t notice any missed calls at all. He laughed at me. I explained that I wasn’t just lying. Why would I give someone $150 and then just blow them off? That’s crazy right?! Then he laughed at me and hung up. He now refuses to answer my phone calls. I will be reporting this as theft. That is very unprofessional and down right rude. I’m so confused as to what he’s is even Ang Rey about? I wasn’t even rude on the phone. He was immediately defensive. Seems very odd and just confusing to be honest. I just wanted my money back. I’m a single mom. I’m raising three kids on my own with no support, and this guy is now refusing to give me my money back that he I didn’t even get a service from??? What on earth is going on here?!
