Neighbor misplaced both set’s of keys to her vehicle and was unable to use vehicle. Called Lighthouse Lock and key and was able to get new key cut, programmed and tested at sight where car was located the same day called. Definitely worked out good for everyone involved and would recommend to anyone needing help.

I just heard about Gibson Key from someone I do business with. In the past I have used other sources for spare Keys and such. Let me tell you these guys know their stuff. They made me replacement keys that worked great! While I was in their shop I inquired about electronic key fobs and replacements. They told me that they could replace the fob for my car and told me the price. It was a good chunk of change, but they said if I had the parts from the old fob, they might be able to help. WELL DONE MATT! Thank you! He fix the Fob! I can not say enough great things about these kind gentleman.

First number I called after locking my keys in my truck in the Walmart parking lot. Very polite and professional on the phone. He was driving somewhere and said he would stop what he was doing and come straight here. Price was also very reasonable. Far the most horrible and unprofessional place in springfield to do business with blessed there is better company out there that care about there customers i purchased a key and fob week later it stopped working and they told me bring key in work receipt, and as long as the key fob wasn’t dropped in water or damaged, then I could schedule a tech to come out to my house to get my truck running. Meanwhile, I guess i’m just without a vehicle lessons learned another horrible springfield business also don’t let a1 rob you go on amazon and purchase this programmer super easy to do and you will have extra keys programmed, and ready to go.

I request house doors rekeyed. They said they needed to order keys for my locks and it would be 3-5 days. Then they said they had to reorder them because they never received the shipment. Finally after 20 days, they texted me “Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with the requested service as it is outside the scope of the services we offer.” So why did it take them 20 days to tell me that?
