My understanding of emergency service is that they will answer the phone when called or at least return the call within the next 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes. As of right now an hour has past and nobody has called, if they happen to have the decency to call back and give some kind of excuse I’ll update the review, otherwise take this review as they never called back.

I drove a couple hours to meet and they never showed up and never even called. Finally got him on the phone and he gave me a number of another guy who can’t even come today, which is not an option since I live two hours away and scheduled this very early this morning before I ever left Definitely do not recommend them

Very kind business owner. When he could have charged me an arm and a leg to come and get me into my car he suggested somewhere closer and cheaper. EVEN THOUGH HIS QUOTE WAS REASONABLY PRICED! Humanity and ethics don’t come like that! Thank you so much for you generosity and being genuine and humane!

After working hours to try and unlock my car that had the key in the ignition and was running, and trying to contacting the police for assistance and was denied, I finally tried contacting a locksmith at 1 in the morning . I researched 24 hour service locksmiths and I contacted 3 different companies I spoke with reps that informed me that they a technician would reach out to me and never did that resulted to them offering an appointment in the morning. I even informed them that my car was currently running and still offered service at 8am or 7am. I called George and was informed that their current technician was assisting another person, and was referred to someone else that also did not answer. When I tried to call back twice my calls were not answered. After almost that the brink of frustration I called George The Locksmith back and thankfully the technician answered and informed me that he is available to assist. Quin came to my rescue and unlocked my car in less than 5 minutes. He even offered me a spare key just for the door because I was having such a stressful night. Quin really made up for the terrible service and experience I was having last night. If you need assistance I HIGHLY recommend Quin because he will make sure that you will be taken care of. I wanna say again I thank you very much for your assistance and sweet interaction I would definitely come back!

They were so professional and nice as soon as I called they were able to answer all my questions and get someone to help me. They had said 15-20mins but the person arrived waaaay sooner than that! He was super respectful with everything and I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in charge with their company to drive it to it’s destination! Will be contacting them in the future for emergencies. We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Yeshai was a great technician and took the time to explain everything and waited patiently while we tested the new lock and our doorbell combo. Highly recommend!
