I was calling for a business. Not about to put that name out here. Have called numerous times and no one ever show up nor does anyone call. Not sure what the exact problem is but I have called and spoke to who I assume was Brent who actually laughed when I mentioned that they had been out before. Told me he would be over within the week. Still a jerk. Must be some other month and year. Not a fan especially since this is a business that we were needing a service. Will not recommend.

I’m actually located in the city of Chicago, but J & R helped me get back into my home after a confusing and unexpected situation where I wound up trapped between a couple of doors each with unique locks. It was a busy weekend, unpleasant weather to be out in, and my usual sources who could help me get back in my home were out of town—basically a perfect storm.

I called local locksmith services, but because it was a busy weekend, there was no one available.

I really appreciated that each locksmith that I talked to was sympathetic and really did try to help me. That’s how I eventually connected with someone at J & R—Locksmith A reached out to Locksmith B, he reached out to Locksmith C, etc. until collectively they found someone who could help. For all of their efforts, I’m extremely grateful.

The folks at J & R, upon hearing my situation, rearranged a few things to come help me immediately—and given the temperature and the length of time that I’d been trying to get a hold of someone, I was so thankful.

I’m not sure what I would’ve done otherwise. They really helped me out!

Friendly and incredibly helpful! He remembered so many details about our commercial door that he had previously worked on and gave a lot of great advice on what options we have for locking the door that would be fire-safe. Highly recommend.

I would give 5 stars because all three purchased keys work. However I give 4 or lower for the ridiculous cost of making a key. I spent $25 for three keys and one key was free.

Kiosk worked well. 3 new house keys did good. Car key wound up not working out and getting rfund as they couldn’t do it.

It’s a little anxiety at first but then it gives you every step needed to take on the screen it was easier than I expected and my key works perfect thought the price was little high 7.87 for basic key one key but all in all its great!

These guys are great!!! Came in clutch when I really needed them. Charlie was the locksmith who came out. He was kind, professional, and explained everything in a great way.
