Richard was fantastic! We lost the key and were locked out of a filing cabinet in our office building. I was having such a hard time getting someone out to take a look at it from other companies, and Richard was right on it. He was able to order a new key for us and it was here really quickly. Great pricing too!

I drove a couple hours to meet and they never showed up and never even called. Finally got him on the phone and he gave me a number of another guy who can’t even come today, which is not an option since I live two hours away and scheduled this very early this morning before I ever left Definitely do not recommend them

Went to get a new house key for my son. Upon operating the machine, it told me that I had earned a “free key”. Yay! Bonus, as I really wanted 2. Wondered if it would simply dispense 2. Decided to add 2, just in case it didn’t. Price went up. Decided to take it back to 1 and hope for the best. 1 key dispensed. No free key. Sad. Key works great! Why say I’ve earned a free key, if I haven’t? Just left me disappointed.

After working hours to try and unlock my car that had the key in the ignition and was running, and trying to contacting the police for assistance and was denied, I finally tried contacting a locksmith at 1 in the morning . I researched 24 hour service locksmiths and I contacted 3 different companies I spoke with reps that informed me that they a technician would reach out to me and never did that resulted to them offering an appointment in the morning. I even informed them that my car was currently running and still offered service at 8am or 7am. I called George and was informed that their current technician was assisting another person, and was referred to someone else that also did not answer. When I tried to call back twice my calls were not answered. After almost that the brink of frustration I called George The Locksmith back and thankfully the technician answered and informed me that he is available to assist. Quin came to my rescue and unlocked my car in less than 5 minutes. He even offered me a spare key just for the door because I was having such a stressful night. Quin really made up for the terrible service and experience I was having last night. If you need assistance I HIGHLY recommend Quin because he will make sure that you will be taken care of. I wanna say again I thank you very much for your assistance and sweet interaction I would definitely come back!

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! If you are in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security in Oswego, IL. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a very old Medeco lock that I needed some new keys cut. After some failed attempts due to the age of the lock, they were able to re-key it and modernize it at no additional cost. They are great people to work with.
