Very very disappointed in this place from the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my items (2) weeks later incomplete. The excuses I were given were lame and unacceptable. If you are in need of help, do a deeper search on google and find a better option, this place is just too overwhelmed, unreliable, and full of excuses.
This is no way to run a business.

Quinn came out today. He was here promptly at 11:00 a.m. (I was promised between 11:00-1:00). I lost my only remaining keyfob for my Ford SUV in November/2025. After searching for months for it in my home, I finally started calling for quotes.

While still expensive (what isn’t today?), two cut key/key fobs were $300 less than the quote I received from Gillespe Ford, the Ford Dealership around the corner from my home.

The keys are “aftermarket” and don’t have the Ford logo on them…no big deal. Quinn had them programmed quickly and showed me that both fobs did everything the original fobs did. He said they are guaranteed. If I have any problem accessing my vehicle with the fobs, they will fix the problem.

The master key Quinn was using to “cut” the actual keys broke, so he was only able to cut one key from the two fobs, but he was 100% honest and showed me the damaged master key. He advised that, if he tried to use it, it could break in the keyhole. He didn’t want to risk it. He’ll be back to cut the 2nd key at no charge once he has a replacement master. His honesty, friendliness, professionalism, and promptness were much appreciated. Five Star service today!

Called Vadim came over to my house. Made extra key with fob for Dodge charger. Very happy with the service and warranty he provided. Great price . So I took advantage and made an extra key for another one of our vehicles.

Terrible management of the kiosks. I went to kiosk, and it was out of service. Called the number, and was told a technician could only be sent out if a store manager called in. Why put a number on the screen that asks me to call then?
The person on the phone said to try the next nearest one (15minutes away) and guess what? That one was out too.

What the heck is going on? Isn’t there someone responsible to check these? Don’t pass the buck onto the store management or customers. MinuteKey should have technicians that regularly inspect the machines or incorporate some kind of software that alerts your company when a machine goes out. Wastes an hour of my day and having to spend the gas to go out of way for no reason is frustrating.
