First number I called after locking my keys in my truck in the Walmart parking lot. Very polite and professional on the phone. He was driving somewhere and said he would stop what he was doing and come straight here. Price was also very reasonable. Very appreciative and thankful for the quick and easy help when I was in need! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

The location of this locksmith service shop is very convenient on the Cedar Hill Cross Road and Shelbourne Street. I wanted to make three extra keys for my apartment key. The service took less than three minutes. Super fast and efficient. Payment was fast as well. I tried to be social and positive with the happy helper but he was very serious. I offered a tip and he said that they do not accept this. My suggestion for shop owner: put a jar for one or two of your favorite charities so that grateful clients like me can support charities dear to your heart if you do not accept tips.

locked my keys in my car and a gentleman was on his way , we ended up being able to unlock it with a remote start device, this gentleman was so kind and understanding when we called him back after he was already on his way. definitely recommend and will keep info for the future! So sorry for the inconvenience and thank you again.

Acme Safe has been extremely helpful and reliable for us over the years whenever we’ve needed service for our safe. Their customer service is excellent, and they are always quick to respond and send out a technician to address any issues we’ve had.

Chris is the technician we’ve worked with, and he has been outstanding every time. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient, which makes the whole process easy and stress-free. He has come out to our office twice over the past two years, and both visits were great experiences. Each time, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, took the time to explain what was going on, and even went above and beyond to help us with the warranty on our keypad.
