I was skeptical of a key made from a kiosk. But process was smooth and quick. Even better the key works wonderfully!!! Cute design options too for extra added bonus.

First number I called after locking my keys in my truck in the Walmart parking lot. Very polite and professional on the phone. He was driving somewhere and said he would stop what he was doing and come straight here. Price was also very reasonable. Very appreciative and thankful for the quick and easy help when I was in need! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Locked myself out of my room on a late weekday night. I called them and they came out to unlock the room for me right away. Service was quick, professional, and left no damage as promised. I’ve never had to call a locksmith before so I don’t know what price is considered fair but with the context of it being an emergency, how fast they came out to help, and the professionalism then I think the price is more than fair. If anything it’s the price of a lesson learned to not keep your key to the room in the room. Thanks Anthony for the help and a job well done!!

Mel is genuinely a good guy. As well as the other gentlemen that helped out for a few minutes. Makes sense this place has such good reviews! Very impressed.

I went to get a special door latch. Mel was very patient and informative with explaining things. I ended up using them to install it. The gentleman John that came out is also a good guy. He was professional, quick, and clean.

This was my second time using Karlock for work at my house and Karl did a great job again. He came same-day to install a deadbolt on a door that didn’t have one. The work was done well and I appreciate the good job cleaning up. Won’t hesitate to call back a third time when it comes.

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! The keys don’t work, and I’m disappointed. They don’t even fit into the keyhole of the lock they’re purported to open. I would like a refund.

I wish I’d known this before I went to the dealer to get my key programmed. They charged me $95 just to program my fob only!

But Locksmith Services would have programmed my fob AND laser cut my emergency key inside the fob for a TOTAL of $85! They were done with the cut in less than 5 minutes. Absolutely recommend getting your key programmed and cut here!! It works perfectly and would have saved me a lot more money.
