Ames came to my house yesterday to look at my front door. It turns out it didn’t need a completely new door handle, just a part, and some greasing. It’s like it’s a whole new lock. I appreciate the honesty, especially when another company didn’t even bother looking inside and just told me that they would have to replace the entire handle and deadbolt.

I also visited their shop front and the lady there was very nice and quick with her service! TY.
