The Kiosk states if you buy 2 keys at $5 each you get a FREE key made. So when it’s all said and done you get charged for ALL 3 keys. Jokes on you after you buy all 3. Then when you get you receipt texted to you it gives you 2 options 1. Reply Help for Help or 2. Reply STOP to opt out and unsubscribe. When you type HELp it prompts the same message 1. Help or 2. Stop. If you message anything else it says unable to understand due to automated messages only. But gives you a link for customer service and when you hit that link it gets flagged as spam/fraud from Google.

My experience with this company has nothing to do with the quality of its work, as I have never hired them. My concern is based entirely on a firsthand interaction with the owner and the way they treated another individual.
I personally witnessed the owner make disparaging comments about someone who parked in a handicap space while displaying a valid disability placard. Rather than recognizing that many disabilities are not immediately visible, the owner chose to question and mock the individual’s disability without knowing anything about their circumstances.
That interaction demonstrated a lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic respect for others. Based on what I personally observed, I would not feel comfortable hiring this company for any business or personal needs. Character and integrity matter, and my experience left me with little confidence in the owner’s judgment and professionalism.

Jakub installed new Schlage hardware on 2 exteriors include a smart keypad. He called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, covered expectations and costs, performed tasks quickly and accurately, assisted in setting up online access dor keypad, and cleaned up when job was complete.
