locked my keys in my car and a gentleman was on his way , we ended up being able to unlock it with a remote start device, this gentleman was so kind and understanding when we called him back after he was already on his way. definitely recommend and will keep info for the future! I needed two automotive blank keys cut for a newer vehicle. Called ahead of time to verify hours. Staff answered the phone right away and were friendly. I arrived about 10 min before close. I was in and out of there quickly with two keys that worked perfectly. Reasonable price and great service. Would recommend.

Called to get help getting in my car after I locked myself out starting it to warm up. The guy who answered was immediately rude telling me “just because you looked us up on the map doesn’t mean we can be right there”, which I never asked. The last thing you need when you are in a bad situation is someone being rude for absolutely zero reason.

Called Chris due to an issue with my key not being able to turn my car on. He gave me at eta which he beat by 15 minutes. Great service, friendly, got everything done in a timely fashion. If you need assistance give him a call. Problem solved and a new key at a very reasonable price.

The machine was very difficult to understand. It was buy 2 get 1 free. I wanted 6 keys so I punched 4
on the first key figure that came up and 2 on the second key figure that came up. So it would be buy 4 + 2 free. It never really said why it was showing two key figures so that is why I assumed it was split between those paying for and those free. Well it charged me for 4 and that is all I got. When finished it show key figures of 3 + 1. So I wanted 6 keys all the same, got 4 and was charged for all of them.

I then needed six more keys made so I went to the regular machine at Lowe’s and they were cheaper and a lot faster:

What a great place and service. If you need a key or a lock, they’ll probably have it or can get it. The place has some really interesting Erector Set steam locomotives you rarely see and other vintage door hardware. Bill is fantastic. Amanda is great too! Wonderful personal service that is all but lost today. I’m not from the area, but they treated me as though I was. I highly recommend them.
