BEYOND thankful they were available to let me in but the price is ridiculous! I asked over the phone and couldn’t give me a price. Got here, let me in, and charged me $457.00 to let me into my house. This is HORRIBLE business practices. This is a form of robbery. I feel I was overcharged based on where I live and my vehicles because he asked me about my cars then hit me with the fee.

Terrible results. New keys were not copied like originals. Waste of time. I had to go to a different store to get the keys cut correctly. I don’t recommend this service at all. Will never use them again. Sure they are processing a refund, but that’s not what I went there for. I wanted keys copied, not a hassle and a waste of my time and a refund. The silver key has teeth, the new cut keys were flat…don’t work at all.

Called them. They were there within 20 minutes like we agreed upon. Not once was I told a price.. they got the door open in a matter of minutes. Made three keys for me and charged me $539
If they would have told me prices like this I would have never done it
When I called back the dispatcher made excuses said I’m only the dispatcher and the technician said that the dispatcher should have told me
In my job line I have used locksmiths many times. I never question it. They’ve always charged a fair price
All they did was pass the buck I don’t mind paying for service but being ripped off is bad practice. I don’t recommend them to anyone. There’s too many people out there and I will know next time

Far the most horrible and unprofessional place in springfield to do business with blessed there is better company out there that care about there customers i purchased a key and fob week later it stopped working and they told me bring key in work receipt, and as long as the key fob wasn’t dropped in water or damaged, then I could schedule a tech to come out to my house to get my truck running. Meanwhile, I guess i’m just without a vehicle lessons learned another horrible springfield business also don’t let a1 rob you go on amazon and purchase this programmer super easy to do and you will have extra keys programmed, and ready to go.

I would give it a no stars if I could. I made 3 copies of the same exact key. Get home, none worked, called the phone number on the receipt, they will send a gift card to reimburse me, three weeks later get the card, call to activate the card, have to verify my DOB? OK I know it, but how would they? Of course it told me it’s wrong. Can’t activate, NO ACCESS to live person on the number provided. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR THEIR SERVICE. By the way, went to Ace on Wabash, to have the keys made. They all worked

Making the keys was easy. For some reason when I got home the new keys would not work in our door lock. Since the new keys were used the lock now has to be worked so the old key can open the door.
