I drove a couple hours to meet and they never showed up and never even called. Finally got him on the phone and he gave me a number of another guy who can’t even come today, which is not an option since I live two hours away and scheduled this very early this morning before I ever left Definitely do not recommend them

Came in and was immediately greeted and attended. I needed some weird keys duplicated and they have a wall full of various options and they got made in a flash. Good price, professional and friendly. Will 100% recommend and come by again

Said locksmith survices would start at 89. Then tried to charge over 200 bucks for a simple pick. Lied saying it was a advanced lock even tho its a normal every day kwikset lock. Technician also didnt show up on time. Said hed be there in about half an hour and then showed up over a hour after i called. Not a fan of the wait or the pricing.

Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I appreciated his quick arrival and professionalism. If you’re in a pinch and need help, he is thorough and nice to work with. Simon made a very bad situation bearable.

Keys were rough at best. Did not work well in locks. I had to file off barbs left on cut edges. Not a good job at all. I’ll never use a automated key maker again.

My understanding of emergency service is that they will answer the phone when called or at least return the call within the next 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes. As of right now an hour has past and nobody has called, if they happen to have the decency to call back and give some kind of excuse I’ll update the review, otherwise take this review as they never called back.

I needed a new key made for my older Honda CR-V after losing mine, and I’m really glad I came here. I had my spare key with me and wanted to replace my lost key with one that has buttons. Before coming in, I called around to multiple locksmiths to compare prices and get a better understanding of what I needed.

I didn’t speak to Dominic on the phone, but he helped me in person today and was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and even gave me $10 off for leaving an honest review. The price was fair, the service was quick, and the key works perfectly. They even gave me a spare key, that works just the doors included in the price.

I had read some scary reviews about people getting keys that didn’t start their cars and locksmiths refusing to fix it, so I was nervous — but this place earned my trust. They also offer a guarantee, which helped me feel more confident.

Bobby is AWESOME!

Long story short, bought a new mower (not from Novotny although I should have!) and it wasn’t working, Turns out, it wasn’t the battery it was user issue (yep… I should have paid attention to the husband when he tried to show me how to start the darn thing properly). HOWEVER – Bobby tested my battery and showed me that it was good, and then he troubleshot the issue with me. Realizing what it was, he took me over to a mower to show me what steps to take. (Yeah, he probably realized I missed something, but he NEVER made me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing. Very helpful and kind – and that was appreciated more than he will ever know.)

When that was done, he even offered to come pick up the mower if it was still not working to fix it. I didn’t even buy it from him, and he was offering his help to fix the darn thing.

The customer service at this place is amazing. Always greeted with a smile and a hello. When you can’t find what you are looking for, they are johnny on the spot to help you.

After this particular round of visits, they have won a customer for life. I will start with them before going to one of the box stores. For customer service alone, it is totally worth it!
