Outstanding and professional service! I accidentally locked myself out my car (moving too fast). Fortunately I found Mika Locksmith and called for a quote. I was happy about the price it was fair and the wait was 15min. The locksmith arrived as stated and unlocked my car as soon as I could turn around. I later asked the locksmith about getting 2 additional keys made and programmed. As previously the price quoted was reasonable and I proceeded forward by driving to their location. Extremely fast and professional service I recommend Mika Locksmith to anyone in the need after neimg locked out or a new set/ copy of keys.

My key was broken and not allowing me to turn my ignition at all. This was the third locksmith I called and not only did they show up promptly, they made my replacement key quickly, and all in well below freezing conditions. I had the pleasure of working with Dougs Lock and Key Service in Marion, Illinois, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I called them on a Monday (a day after a snowstorm) to install two new locks for my home. I was converting the property from an independent residence to a rental and needed the work done by Friday. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they also made the whole process incredibly smooth and quick.

To my surprise, they showed up just 30 minutes after my call, despite the snowstorm that had dumped over a foot of snow. The technician was not only prompt but also professional and courteous, taking the time to have a pleasant conversation while getting the job done.

I was impressed with how quick and efficiently he worked. He had everything completed and my home ready to go five days ahead of schedule! The service was also reasonably priced.

Honestly, I wish all companies had customer service this good. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them, and they’ve earned every bit of this five-star review!

It did a good job coping my truck key that was in bad shape. Tried with another company like this and the key came out incorrect. Very impressed with the system they use.
